Simplify – Weekly Wishes 04/08/14

Last week’s wishes: 28/07/14:

  1. Take before and after pictures of all decluttering projects. I kept forgetting to take befores but I did manage some afters. 50% complete. 
  2. Be mindful when I eat chocolate (I suspect I’ll eat a lot of this week). I didn’t manage this very often, I seem to go into chocolate-seeking mode when I visit my parents. 5% complete. 
  3. Don’t feel guilty when doing nothing! 100% complete. 

Healthy habits

  1. Walk for 20 minutes. Mon x 2, Tues
  2. Complete one primal sprint session. X
  3. Complete a long and steady run. X
  4. Go for a bike ride. X
  5. Do 10-minute yoga session. X
  6. Do 15-minutes semi-supine and Alexander Technique affirmations. X
  7. Do 10-minute writing meditation session. Tues, Thurs
  8. Enter meals on MyFitnessPal. Mon
  9. Do 30-minute strength training session. X
  10. Do 10-minute strength training session. X
  11. Practise mindfulness during a daily activity. X
  12. Do 10-minute mindfulness meditation session. X
  13. Eat under 150g carbohydrates in a day. Mon

Weekly wishes for 04/08/14

  1. Enter all outstanding items on eBay.
  2. Trial Headspace meditation every day (started Tuesday).
  3. Relax on my birthday.
  4. Practise gratitude every day about my marriage.
