- Enter all outstanding items on eBay. All my items are entered except for ones which are difficult to weigh, I have entered all of my Mum’s items. 90% completed.
- Trial Headspace meditation every day (started Tuesday). Done on Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. 100% completed.
- Relax on my birthday. 100% completed.
- Practise gratitude every day about my marriage. I thought of three things I was grateful for on Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. However, I spent a lot of the other time thinking negative things. 45% completed.

- Complete one primal sprint session. X

Weekly wishes for 11/08/14
- Sewing. Spend some time every day on the cross-stitch picture I am working on.
- Eating. Get back into a healthier eating routine e.g. using MyFitnessPal, eating less chocolate.
- Meditation. Continue daily meditation after the Headspace trial finishes.
