Simplify – Weekly Wishes 11/08/14

Last week’s wishes: 04/08/14:

  1. Enter all outstanding items on eBay. All my items are entered except for ones which are difficult to weigh, I have entered all of my Mum’s items. 90% completed.
  2. Trial Headspace meditation every day (started Tuesday). Done on Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. 100% completed. 
  3. Relax on my birthday. 100% completed.
  4. Practise gratitude every day about my marriage. I thought of three things I was grateful for on Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. However, I spent a lot of the other time thinking negative things. 45% completed. 

Healthy habits

  1. Walk for 20 minutes. Tues x 2, Weds, Thurs x 2, Fri x 3, Sat x 2
  2. Complete one primal sprint session. X
  3. Complete a long and steady run. X
  4. Go for a bike ride. X
  5. Do 10-minute yoga session. Sun
  6. Do 15-minutes semi-supine and Alexander Technique affirmations. Thurs, Sun
  7. Do 10-minute writing meditation session. Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat
  8. Enter meals on MyFitnessPal. X
  9. Do 30-minute strength training session. X
  10. Do 10-minute strength training session. X
  11. Practise mindfulness during a daily activity. X
  12. Do 10-minute mindfulness meditation session. Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
  13. Eat under 150g carbohydrates in a day. X

Weekly wishes for 11/08/14

  1. Sewing. Spend some time every day on the cross-stitch picture I am working on.
  2. Eating. Get back into a healthier eating routine e.g. using MyFitnessPal, eating less chocolate.
  3. Meditation. Continue daily meditation after the Headspace trial finishes.
