Simplify – Weekly Wishes 23/03/15

Last week’s wishes – 16/03/15

  1. Application: work on an application form which needs to be completed this month. 100% completed. 
  2. Trip: eat sensibly and avoid flour-based products while on a work trip. 75% completed. I avoided flour-based products but overate all the other novel items on offer. 
  3. Whole30: do a trial run of Whole30 from 20/03/15 onwards. 90% completed, done on Fri and Sun. Partially done on Sat but I accidentially ate some peanuts from a bag of mixed nuts. I would have to start again on the real go, but as this is a trial I’m just carrying on. 

Healthy habits

  1. Walk for 20 minutes. Mon, Tues x 3, Weds, Thurs, Fri x 2.
  2. Complete one primal sprint session. X
  3. Complete a long and steady run. X
  4. Go for a bike ride. X
  5. Do 10-minute yoga session. X
  6. Do 15-minutes semi-supine and Alexander Technique affirmations. X
  7. Do 10-minute writing meditation session. Fri, Sat, Sun
  8. Enter meals on MyFitnessPal. X
  9. Do 30-minute strength training session. X
  10. Do 10-minute strength training session. X
  11. Practise mindfulness during a daily activity. X
  12. Do 10-minute mindfulness meditation session. X
  13. Eat under 150g carbohydrates in a day. Fri, Sat, Sun
  14. Think of 3 things I’m grateful for. Sat, Sun
  15. Think of 3 grateful things about my marriage. X
  16. Do Wii Fit balance exercises. X
  17. Have a sugar-free day. Fri, Sat, Sun
  18. Complete mindfulness journal. Sun
  19. Do something for future me. Tues, Weds, Thurs, Sat, Sun
  20. Come up with ideas (based on this post). Sun

Weekly wishes for 23/03/15

  1. Whole30: continue trial for the week.
  2. Happify: use daily for one week.
  3. To-do list: complete three longstanding items.
