Simplify – Weekly Wishes 30/03/15

Thank goodness March is nearly over, I feel like I’ve had the quarter from hell. Things have been really difficult at work from January onwards, I’ve been quite rundown and tired due to stress, and there have been a lot of clutter issues at home as well. Going into April, I have some very much needed time off work and fewer deadlines, so I hope to experience an uplift in mood and motivation from now on.

Last week’s wishes – 23/03/15

  1. Whole30: continue trial for the week.100% completed. Done on Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun.
  2. Happify: use daily for one week. 100% completed. Done on Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun.
  3. To-do list: complete three longstanding items. 100% completed. Sent a recipe I promised someone a couple of months ago, replied to an email from February and one from last February (!). 

Healthy habits

  1. Walk for 20 minutes. Mon x 3, Tues x 3, Weds x 2, Thurs x 3, Fri x 2
  2. Complete one primal sprint session. X
  3. Complete a long and steady run. X
  4. Go for a bike ride. X
  5. Do 10-minute yoga session. X

  9. Do 30-minute strength training session. X

  11. Practise mindfulness during a daily activity. X
  12. Do 10-minute mindfulness meditation session. Weds
