Frugal spend – w/e 08/11/15

Out of this week’s budget of £20, I have spent:

  • £3.50 – tea and cake on day trip
  • £2.00 – two bags of sweets
  • £1.50 – one bag of pork scratchings

Total £7.00, £13.00 into savings.

Food shopping

  • Frozen cauliflower – £1.20
  • Frozen spinach – £1.50
  • Tissues x 3 boxes – £1.65
  • Sauerkraut – £1.10
  • Olives – £2.50
  • Sundried tomatoes – £2.00
  • Kitchen roll – £1.00

Subtotal – £10.95

  • Apples – £1.00
  • Reese’s pieces – £1.50
  • Pears – £0.80
  • Almond croissants – £0.50
  • Doughnuts – £0.50
  • Bananas – £0.98

Subtotal – £5.28

  • My husband bought some things and didn’t keep a receipt or scan them, so I’m giving him £10 towards the cost.

Subtotal – £10.00

Total £26.23

Running total for November – monthly budget £150, £45.98 spent, £104.02 remaining.
