Out of this week’s budget of £20, I have spent:

  • £10.00 – fuel
  • £2.20 – bus ticket
  • £8.50 – fish and chips for two

Total £20.70, -£0.30 into savings.

From my savings I spent:

  • £300 – a five-session course of hypnotherapy. I had one treatment over a year ago which helped a lot with my arachnophobia, so I have booked more sessions.
