Frugal spend – w/e 14/02/16

Out of this week’s budget of £49.46 (£13.61 carried over from last week + £10.85 from Prolific Academic payout + £5 from YouGov payout), I have spent:

  • £5.20 – Drink and snack at knit night
  • £26.50 – ticket for event on Saturday
  • £6.50 – train ticket
  • £6.00 – dinner at event on Saturday
  • £5.00 – tip for lunch on Sunday

Total £49.20, £0.46 into savings.

From Amazon vouchers earned through Shop and Scan, I have spent £6.51 on two creative writing books.

Out of leisure vouchers we earn through credit card spend, we spent £60 on lunch out on Sunday.

  • Avocados x 4 – £1.75
  • Mushrooms – £0.85

  • Chocolate orange sticks x 2 – £0 (free voucher sent by Sainsburys)
  • Hot cross buns – £0.80

  • Cauliflower – £1.00
  • Tomatoes – £0.65
  • Peppers – £1.00

Subtotal – £12.41

Total – £12.41

Running total for February – monthly budget £132.44 (£17.56 overspend in January), £74,95 spent, £57.49 remaining.
