Eating tracker April 2016 part 1

After my last business trip, I got inspired to start cutting out wheat and sugar again. I did very well until I went on holiday. Most of my current meals are mainly wheat and sugar, so I’m having smaller amounts to compensate. I do find it helpful to track what I’m eating for the blog, so will continue to do so.

Thurs 7 April 2016

  • Snack: 9 Toffifee
  • Breakfast: mince, sauerkraut, eggs, olive oil, tropical juice
  • Lunch: kale, sweet potato, belly pork (lemongrass, ginger, fish sauce, tropical juice)
  • Dinner: tropical juice, kale, pear, apple

Fri 8 April 2016

  • Breakfast: mince, sauerkraut, eggs
  • Snack: mixed dried fruit/nuts/coconut flakes
  • Lunch: kale, sweet potato, belly pork (lemongrass, ginger, fish sauce, tropical juice), pear
  • Dinner: tropical juice, kale, pear, apple

Sat 9 April 2016

  • Breakfast: eggs, streaky bacon, tomato, cucumber, marinated pepper, black and green olives, mixed pickle, mushrooms
  • Lunch: banana, pear, almond butter, coconut flakes, cinnamon, cashews
  • Dinner: pork belly, Polish salad

Sun: 10 April 2016

  • Breakfast: eggs, streaky bacon, pork belly, tomato, cucumber, tropical juice
  • Lunch: pork belly, kale, caramelised onions
  • Dinner: tropical juice, 2 bananas, pear, coconut flakes

Mon 11 April 2016

  • Breakfast: eggs, mince, sauerkraut
  • Lunch: chicken, kale, sweet potato
  • Snack: Mixed nuts/dried fruit/coconut flakes
  • Dinner: tropical juice, two cookies

Tues 12 April 2016

  • Breakfast: pork ribs
  • Lunch: eggs, mince, sauerkraut, pork ribs
  • Dinner: chicken, kale, sweet potato, Turkish salad

Weds 13 April 2016

  • Snack: pork ribs
  • Breakfast: eggs, mince, sauerkraut
  • Lunch: chicken, kale, sweet potato, pork ribs
  • Dinner: Turkish salad, tomato juice, banana, apple, pear, coconut flakes

Thurs 14 April

  • Breakfast: eggs, mince, sauerkraut
  • Snack: cake, orange juice (free on plane)
  • Lunch: chips with Mayo and satay sauce, 100g pick-and-mix
  • Dinner: banana and orange smoothie, fruit salad
  • Snack: pizza slice, tomato juice (free on plane)

Friday 15 April 2016

  • Breakfast: madeleine (free from plane)
  • Lunch: bazlama (pita sandwich with ground beef and melted cheese)
  • Dinner: ice cream with chocolate sauce

Saturday 16 April 2016

  • Breakfast: 2 pieces bread, tomato, cucumber, hard boiled egg, feta, cherry jam
  • Lunch:  Ice cream in cone, orange juice (not pure)
  • Dinner: Mixed pide (Turkish pizza topped with mince, cheese and curry meat), kunefe (round pastry with cheese in the middle, soaked in syrup), aryan (salted yoghurt drink)

Sunday 7 April 2016

  • Breakfast: börek (filo pastry with feta cheese)
  • Snack: bread roll
  • Lunch: 4 baklava, apple-cinnamon tea
