Totals for Year 2 are:

  • Month 1 – £21.00
  • Month 2 – £24.80
  • Month 3 – £85.84
  • Month 4 – £322.75 (includes  €253.73 holiday spend)
  • Month 5 – £45.23
  • Month 6 – £43.17 + £327.72 holiday = £370.89
  • Month 7 – £122.77
  • Month 8 – £302.85 (includes £290 course fees)
  • Month 9 – £92.25
  • Month 10 – £20.18
  • Month 11 – 366.35 (includes £315.86 holiday spend)
  • Month 12 – £79.05
  • Total = £1,853.96

Almost £2,000 for a year seems like quite a lot, but then it does include three foreign holidays and a course. However, looking back at last year’s total, I spent under £1,200 including four holidays. My holiday spend has been a bit higher this year in general, as I haven’t chosen locations based on the cheapest flights available. I’ve also eaten out quite a lot this year, which has made a difference.
