  1. Running: Run twice. 100% completed. Ran 4.3 miles on Sat, run 2.16 miles on Sun.
  2. Cycling: Cycle once. 0% completed. 
  3. Social: go to language group. 100% completed. 
  4. Social: go for dinner at friends’ house.100% completed. 
  5. Eating: have one sugar-free day. 100% completed.
  6. Routine: complete five healthy habits each day. 86% completed. Done on Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun. 

Healthy habits

  1. Walk for 20 minutes. Mon x 2, Tues x 3, Weds x 2, Thurs x 2, Sat, Sun
  2. Complete one primal sprint session. X

Weekly wishes for 01/08/16

  1. Social: visit my grandparents.
  2. Social: go out for lunch with my family for my birthday.
  3. Home: make a decision about a new freezer (ours is not working properly).
  4. Finance: look at Location Rebel every day.
  5. Fun: look for spare wool and make a plan for a blanket which can be donated to Cats Protection League (the local shop is currently looking for knitted donations)
